To mark MPG’s 200^th anniversary, Beechwood features interpretive signage and wayfinding elements that share short stories and reflective prompts, encouraging visitors to pause and consider the legacy these spaces hold. In addition, plinths with multi-sided panels will add further context and narrative, serving as visible reference points for history, information and orientation.

Together, these elements form part of a larger anniversary initiative across MPG’s cemeteries, connecting Beechwood to a shared legacy and highlighting how two centuries of history continue to influence the ways we remember, reflect and find meaning today.
